Privacy Policy — Mecha Defense: Alien Invasion

Summary — Mecha Defense is a base-building strategy game. Your base, pilots, progress and settings are stored on your phone. There is no sign-up or login and we never ask for your name or email. What leaves the phone is a random game ID with the game data the online modes need, usage statistics, the information ads need, purchase records when you buy something.
1. About this policy
This policy explains what information the Mecha Defense team ("we") processes when providing the mobile game Mecha Defense: Alien Invasion (com.mechadefense.app, "the game"), why, for how long, and your rights.
2. Permissions the game uses
- Internet — for the online modes (arena, rankings, other commanders on the world map), ads and purchases.
- Vibration — short haptic feedback in battles and menus.
The game does not use your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location (GPS).
3. What stays on your phone
- Your base and buildings, pilots and their levels, resources, mission and event progress, pass progress, recruiting history and settings (sound, language).
- This is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

All transfers use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Ads and consent
The free game shows Google AdMob ads (a banner on some screens, full-screen ads at some moments, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for a bonus). Users in the EU, UK and other applicable regions are asked for consent through Google UMP, and you can change your choice in Settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID or limit personalised ads in your phone's settings. Any purchase turns off forced ads.
5. How long we keep it
- On your phone: until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
- Game server data: while you play, and deleted 1 year after your last play (rankings of finished seasons keep only the random ID and the score).
- Purchase records: kept by Google Play and RevenueCat; transaction records required by law are kept for the legal period.
- Information processed by Google: according to each service's retention policy (Firebase Analytics events up to 14 months).
6. Sharing, processors and international transfers
We do not sell your information. The information in section 4 is entrusted to the listed services only for the listed purposes and is not given to anyone else. Other players only see what the online modes show: a generated commander code name, power, headquarters level, defence squad and ranking score. These services may operate outside your country (for example in the United States).

7. Children
The game is not directed at children under 14 (or the age set by your local law) and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Your rights
Uninstalling the game deletes everything stored on your phone. To have your game server data deleted, email us below with the game ID shown in Settings and we will act without delay.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with its effective date.
