Terms of Use — Mecha Defense: Alien Invasion

1. Mecha Defense: Alien Invasion ("the game") is a strategy game where you rebuild a base, lead mecha pilots and defend against an alien swarm. It is free to play with ads.

2. You can buy crystals, bundles, passes and supply lines with real money. Passes and supply lines give their rewards over the period shown in the store; they do not renew automatically unless the store says so. Payments and refunds follow Google Play's policies.

3. Recruiting gives random pilots and items. The probability of every result, the pity counter and the guaranteed rewards are shown on the recruiting screen before you recruit.

4. Your progress is stored on your phone. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data erases it, and we cannot restore it. Purchases can be restored from the same Google account.

5. Do not use cheats, modified apps, bots or bugs to gain an advantage in the online modes. Results that fail the server check may be removed from rankings.

6. The game and its content (characters, pictures, animations, sounds, text and software) belong to us and their rightful owners. Please do not copy, distribute or reverse-engineer them beyond personal use.

7. We may change, balance or update the game and its events, or end the service. If paid items remain when the service ends, we will give notice in advance and handle them as the law requires.

8. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses caused by device failure, network problems, other apps or device mismanagement.
